BUUKR is operational booking and event management software for organizing projects, events, participants, confirmation links, participant calendars, event notes, and related live-event workflow information.

BUUKR is not a marketplace, payment processor, invoice system, legal advisor, accounting system, payroll service, or venue management platform.

You are responsible for the information you add to BUUKR, including project, event, participant, financial, contact, and note data. You must have the right to enter and use that information.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.

You may not use BUUKR to violate laws, infringe rights, send abusive or misleading content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or upload harmful code.

Public confirmation and participant calendar links should be shared only with people who reasonably need access to those event details.

Some BUUKR features may require a paid subscription. Plan limits, pricing, and features may change over time, but we will aim to communicate material changes clearly.

Billing and payment processing may be handled by an external payment provider. Your subscription status in BUUKR may depend on information received from that payment provider.

We aim to keep BUUKR reliable and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, hosting issues, third-party provider issues, or security measures may affect access from time to time.

You may stop using BUUKR or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, abuses the service, or is required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUUKR and Y N DSIGN EOOD are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

BUUKR helps organize operational information, but users remain responsible for their contracts, payments, event decisions, participant communication, and professional obligations.

We may update these Terms as BUUKR evolves. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
