Refund Policy

BUUKR Pro is offered as a recurring subscription. Subscription billing is processed by an external payment provider.

You can cancel a subscription anytime. After cancellation, access to paid features generally remains available until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise required by law or payment provider rules.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We do not guarantee partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.

If you believe there has been a billing error or you need help with a subscription issue, contact support@buukr.bg with your account email and a short explanation.

Downgrading from a paid plan does not delete your data. Some features may become locked or read-only according to the current Free plan limits.
