When you create an account, we may collect account and profile data such as your name, email address, phone number, nickname, Instagram, website, subscription plan, and account status.

When you use BUUKR, you may add project, event, and participant data such as project names, event dates, locations, notes, participant names, phone numbers, email addresses, confirmation statuses, personal calendar links, and operational event details.

We use your data to provide the BUUKR service: account access, project and event management, participant confirmations, personal calendars, public confirmation links, subscription features, support, reliability, and product improvement.

BUUKR does not replace your communication channels. It structures event information so bookers, performers, and crews can reduce repeated explanations and track confirmations clearly.

BUUKR uses cookies, browser storage, and session data to keep you signed in, maintain account state, protect private app routes, and remember basic app behavior. These are necessary for the application to function.

Participants who open public confirmation or personal calendar links do not need a BUUKR account, but the service may still process request and session-related technical data required to display those pages.

Paid subscriptions are handled by an external payment provider. BUUKR may store subscription plan and status information, but payment card details and payment processing are handled by the payment provider under its own policies and security standards.

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, analytics, support, and payment processing. These providers process data only as needed to operate BUUKR.

We do not sell personal data.

We keep account and app data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support@buukr.bg.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to processing of your personal data.
