Short answers for the core BUUKR workflow: projects, events, confirmation links, calendars, and subscriptions.

Creating projects

Projects represent the artist, band, DJ project, crew, or recurring group you book for. Start with one project, then add participants who may be invited to events.

Creating events

Use Add Event to enter booking status, title, date, location, schedule, notes, and lineup. Free accounts include the basic event workflow; Pro unlocks advanced operational details.

Confirmation links

Each event has one public confirmation link. Share it manually through Viber, Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, or email so participants can choose their name and respond.

Participant calendars

Each participant can have a personal calendar link showing their own upcoming events and status. Main artists may see broader project and financial details when available.

Free vs Pro

Free is for lightweight confirmation workflows. Pro adds unlimited operational use, advanced scheduling, private notes, event breakdowns, payouts, costs, and full history.

Upgrading subscriptions

Upgrade from the pricing or account area when you need Pro features. Billing is handled by an external payment provider, while BUUKR stores your current plan and subscription status.
